Kodak EasyShare V1273 Review and Sample

Photography Press UK gave Kodak EasyShare V1273 a try and published their review. Some extract from the full review:

If it were image quality alone, the V1273 would do okay as it’s a surprise, literally because you can’t tell at the time of shooting. But as the package is almost unusable because of the LCD, this is the second time I cannot do more than give a Kodak digital camera a low low score.

The good: Price, image quality at low sensitivity, lens, Smart Capture, optical image stabilisation

The bad: You cannot see the LCD in moderate lighting, noisy images at higher sensitivity, you cannot see the LCD in brighter lighting, poor AF in low light, you cannot see the darn LCD unless you’re indoors or in near darkness!
